The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the implementation group was driven by the Chief for Actual Preparation and Metropolitan Turn of events, Dr Oluyinka Olumide.
Olumide was joined by the Special Advisor, e-GIS and Urban development, Dr Olajide Babatunde; Head supervisor, Lagos State Building Control Organization (LASBCA), Mr Gbolahan Oki and ranking executives of both the office and service.
LASBCA is an organization under the Lagos State Ministry of Physical Planning.
NAN further reports that the implementation began from the Lateef Jakande Station, Agbado, on the Lagos-Ogun limit and went on through Iju to Babatunde Fashola Station, Agege.

The station are: Agbado, Iju, Agege, Ikeja, Murtala Muhammad Global Air terminal, the Homegrown Air terminal, Oshodi, Mushin, Yaba, Ebute Meta, Iddo, Ebute Ero, and Marina.
